Last updated: 15 June 2026
Overview
This Credit Report Terms of Use should be read together with our Site Terms of Use and Privacy Policy — collectively, the "Agreement" between you and us. By accessing the site and/or using the information provided on or via it, you agree that you have read the Site Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, you should not use this Service.
Your consent to fetch your credit information
You appoint us as your lawful agent to receive your credit information from a Bureau, and to track day-to-day changes in it so we can alert you and deliver your credit report to you. You explicitly authorise us to monitor changes to your credit information and to notify you of changes, offers and recommendations related to credit products, to help you take timely action and reduce adverse impact on your credit score.
You understand your credit report reflects changes in your credit score reported by the Bureau and may occasionally be incorrect; we are not responsible for inaccuracies in Bureau-sourced data. By accepting these terms, you provide "written instruction" for us to obtain your credit information from a Bureau, and authorise us to share your personally identifiable information with the Bureau to confirm your identity and obtain that information on your behalf.
You may receive communication about your credit report from us or our authorised Service Providers via pop-up notification, SMS, WhatsApp or email, including whenever there is an update to your credit information or score.
How we use your credit report
You confirm the information you provide is true, accurate, and matches the details you have given to banks and other credit institutions you have a relationship with. You will access your credit report by logging in with your registered User ID, and may need to complete additional Bureau authentication. We may reject a request for any reason without being required to specify it, and are not responsible for an incorrect report resulting from incomplete or incorrect information you provided.
We obtain your credit information from the Bureau on an "as is" basis and are not required to verify its correctness; we are not accountable for its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Any analysis or recommendation we provide is based on assumptions applied to information you've given us or that we already hold, and is for illustrative purposes only — it does not constitute professional advice. We may enrich your credit report using your past credit information with us to personalise recommendations. The report may contain proprietary information and is meant only for your own use; you agree not to circulate it to any other person or entity, and to take sole responsibility for decisions made in reliance on it.
Other terms
We may amend these terms from time to time without prior notice, with changes posted on the site, and may amend or discontinue the credit-report Service at our sole discretion. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms or if information you provided is incorrect or intended for fraudulent use.
Any dispute relating to your credit information itself should be raised with the relevant Bureau directly on their website — we have no role in rectifying errors or omissions in Bureau data. We act only as a facilitator providing you a platform to access your credit report, and while we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, we take commercially reasonable steps to correct delays.
TransUnion CIBIL authorisation
Where your credit report is sourced from TransUnion CIBIL Limited ("TUCL"), you separately acknowledge and consent that: we act as your lawfully appointed agent to receive your consumer credit information and related credit products from TUCL on your behalf; your consent is stored by us on a permanent basis and is verifiable at any time; and we cannot access your credit information for more than six (6) months on a single consent, so it must be refreshed every six months, after which any stored copy is deleted, purged or expunged.
You agree not to hold TUCL responsible for any loss, claim, liability or damage arising from delivery of your credit information to us, or from our use, modification or disclosure of it. TUCL provides the report on an "as-is", "as available" basis and disclaims all other warranties. This authorisation, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
